Hood-Rich Inc. is the project architect, and Stinson Building Co. is general contractor. Engineering work is by Bergmann Engineering Co. LLC, structural; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to be completed in July.
